Entomology Graduate Program

Graduate Studies in Entomology

Entomology has been a core component of Purdue University and the College of Agriculture since 1879. Our students explore opportunities well beyond the confines of their primary research areas, through opportunities for multi-disciplinary work, leadership roles throughout the university and participation in the teaching and extension missions of the university.

Where are they now?

From actors to technical workers to stage crew members, Elaina Grott believes everyone has a special role in this play we call life.

She describes herself as a behind-the-scenes character, one who is ready to make a difference through hard work and compassion for others.

Though her studies are focused on animals, her heart is focused on the people in the communities where she lives.
