Withdraw FAQ for Summer 2017
For dropping one or all classes during the summer term/summer sessions: •Dropping last class and the session it's in hasn’t started yet, the student may email registrar@purdue.edu from @purdue.edu requesting drop •Dropping last class and the session it's in has started, student should initiate University withdraw in myPurdue •Dropping one class for a future session and staying in class for current session, the student may update in myPurdue •Dropping class for current session and keeping a class in future or current session, the student should complete a form 23 with signatures required on Drop/Add calendar •Dropping a class for a current session and remaining in a completed session with a grade, student should initiate University withdraw in myPurdue •Dropping a class for a future session and remaining in a completed session with a grade, student may drop in myPurdue if not yet started or University withdraw in myPurdue

Employment Opportunity at CERIS
The Center for Environmental and Regulatory Information Systems (CERIS) is looking for an undergraduate student in Agriculture who has the ability to scan documents, perform web searches, post articles and update user information for the Cooperative Agricultural Pest Survey (CAPS) information services project. This is a 5-10 hours a week temporary position through the end of the 2017 spring semester and then a 20-40 hour/week temporary position for the 2017 summer session. The CERIS offices are located in the Purdue Research Park. For more information, please contact Cindy Music at (765) 496 – 2381, clmusic@purdue.edu. Pay is $10/hour.

Summer Research Hours and Graduation NOw!
Registration is open for the Summer and Fall 2017 semesters. Add any courses and your research credit now. If you are planning to graduate, please let Amanda know as soon as possible so you can add candidacy to your schedule! Some things to keep in mind as you add your summer research/course hours: · A maximum of 9 credits taken during Summer session are permitted. · Graduate staff must be registered for at least 3 credits in at least one of the Summer modules in order to hold their assistantships New Thesis Templates

on Wednesdays of each week. To request posting information in the
newsletter, email a maximum of 3–4 sentences by noon on the preceding Friday
to bugbytes@purdue.edu. You
should include event title, date, time, location, and a brief event
description. Descriptions and other information can be provided as a
webpage link or a pdf document. Information should pertain to
campus-related activities only. |
