Entomology Alum, Dr. Eric Smith, honored by VPMA

Dr. Eric Smith, was recently named recipient of the Virginia Pest Management Industry Stewardship Award.

LYNCHBURG, Va. - Dr. Eric Smith, director of technical services with Dodson Pest Control, was recently named the recipient of the Virginia Pest Management Industry Stewardship Award.

The award was presented to Smith at the VPMA’s October meeting in Richmond. He was honored for his outstanding service and dedication to the Association and the pest management industry. Smith is a board certified entomologist and has been a leading educator and trainer in pest management for over 25 years.
