Geographic Coverage

The Central American countries in which species have been reported in the literature are given in brackets after the valid species name. Three-letter codes are used for each country as follows:

• BEL = Belize
• COS = Costa Rica
• GUA = Guatemala
• HON = Honduras
• NIC = Nicaragua
• PAN = Panama
• SAL = El Salvador
