| Organized and led North Central region department of entomology heads and chairs to Zamorano, Honduras. We reviewed and interacted with staff at the Pan-American School of Agriculture. Reviewed tropical pest management, academic programs, and outreach activities. Organized and led North Central region department of entomology heads and chairs to visit the Organization of Tropical Studies and the national biodiversity initiative, INBio, in Costa Rica. Reviewed the potential of students to attend the OTS tropical ecology course and for faculty to establish research projects. |
